Iwa says - I manage to get a Chinese edition from Chuang Yi and the 6 issues set from VIZ. This is the one that had CL teaming up with Ryu and led Ryu to fight with Guile who was impersonating Ken. A CL vs Balrog(Vega) fight that had Balrog eventually beaten up by Honda, DeeJay and T-Hawk. And finishes with a dramatic Ryu and Ken vs Vega (Bison) I managed to the whole set of the English translated copies by Viz published in 6 issues

(Kinda like Foxtrot with Jason taking on LOTR and Star Wars) So much so that certain senarios became a long running joke - One koma features a bizzare take on Cinderella (Prince is Balrog [Vega])
