- This is the story of how Ryu met up with Wong Ming and his sister Po Lin and decided to help them settle their debts. Later joining him is CL. There is a back story of how Ryu met Chou (Lin's boyfriend) who is Ken's friend.    

At the end of the Chinese book is a summary/ glossary of the places and certain events. Also a relationship map which indicates CL likes Ryu although he doesn't express it *lol*   
I have two Chinese sets. One by Chaun Yi Publishing and the other by Siang Hua comics studio. All that because I damage one set of the books. I also have an incomplete set by Viz.

The CL vs Balrog(Vega) fight, the Guile vs Sagat and Later Ken vs sagat fight. Because of a certain scene in this book and Guile's smirk. I came under the impression that CL and Ryu have a thing for each other. That and CL's jealous streak. The book ends with a big Ryu vs Vega(Bison) fight.

- Story goes that CL caught wind of Shadowlaw's revival (The three guys she fought looks suspiously like Billy Kane, Mr Chang and Kim of Fatal Fury fame) and sent word to Ryu of her mission to investigate. CL was pretty upset that Guile and Ken turn up instead. Reaching the island the trio got seperated by clones and CL join the actual Vega(Bison) and team. She got seperated from them, attack by clones and joined up with the actual Ryu. At the end of it all there is a clones vs originals fight

The DVD contains some artwork in relation to the 30 min anime. Because of Honda  Ryu, Ken and CL were sent back to the past. No fights whatsoever. No english subtitles Ack 
Other than its a short anime. I don't like Ryu's voice, it makes him sound more like Iori Yagami.  
The only plus point.... Well I guess its when CL dump Ken to high-five Ryu. 

Unless you are really huge fan of SF or must collect everything. Or that you can't find the above 3 books Go ahead and get this. Makes me wonder if the 30% discount was what made me pick up the thing. Oh yeah beware DVD code. It didn't mention which code its in.
