Dash Taisen - This Street Fighter II anthology manga features 12 short-story manga and 4 full-color, full-page illustrations.
Iwa says - For this one I gotten the Chinese version. A recurring theme that pops up would the weird (lack of a better word)  relationship of Ryu and CL. Certain writers tend to have CL abusing Ryu (Nothing hentai!! he lets her beat him up or strangle him). Or Ryu carrying a torch for CL( vice versa).  Notable stories:
- The one where CL invited Cammy out for a spot of shopping with Fei Long tagging along and trouble following. (By Mami Itou and can be found in Udon's SF Gaiden vol 2)
- The Fei Long vs Ken story
- Young CL's relationship with her Dad and the day he vanished
- The one where CL watched Ryu and Gouki fight
- CL's vacation and how Ryu and various fighters ruined it
- How Cammy got her Canon Spike
- Everybody dresses up as Cammy.....

Iwa says - Notable stories:

- The relationship of Ryu and CL and how she got him to marry her
- Eliza cleaning up the house as Ken had invited Ryu over. But when the not so clean Ryu arrives in a perfectly clean house....
- A Cammy story of her attempt at a normal life

Dash Taisen - An anthology of yon-koma manga based on Super Street Fighter II
Iwa says - There is also 6 pages of full-page, black-&-white illustrations by Ouse Kohime. Although I suspect that some of the stuff looses a bit of meaning after going through translation. Some yon koma in this series pokes fun at:
- CL's age
- Ken being a little on the henpeck side
- The CL and Cammy jealousy
- Every character's like and dislike.
- The relationship of Ryu and CL

Iwa says - Although I suspect that some of the jokes looses a bit of meaning after going through a bit of translation. I think you might have seen some of those artworks on my site like the charcoalish Ryu and the CL in a shower of petals. Some of the things that this series pokes fun at:
- The growing jealousy of CL and Cammy
- The Ryu and CL relationship
- Gouki

Dash Taisen - The first volume of a manga series based on Super Street Fighter II X.
Iwa says - Managed to get a Chinese edition book as well. 8 short stories of which: one is a two part CL story and the other is a two part Cammy story. Had to read the chinese one with a maginfying glass because the words are a bit too small. There's a Ryu story, a Guile story, a T-Hawk story and the book ends with a Ken vs Honda story. Notable stories include:
- The two part CL story of which she had walked into a trap that her partner set up for her and ends up fighting him. And the second part is that Eliza's appearance (the trap is set in her neighbour's house) manage to change CL's situation
- The Cammy story. Didn't really read (small font size, eyes ache) the first part but the second one involves Balrog(Vega) who was in London to complete a mission of his own. He met Cammy and found that she really does not remember him and inivites her out for tea. At the same time telling Cammy her past. All for the sake of doing battle with her.

Iwa says - For once I don't have enough information about this one from the Japanese side since mine was mostly compliation pages from Comic Weekly. And the only thing I found was the Chun Li and Cammy go shopping one one from the book above Street Fighter II Comic Anthology Vol. 1   ISBN 4-88199-141-8. For all I know this could be a compliation of Itou Mami's other works. (Anyone care to enlighten me?). Anyway
- The 2nd part of the Cammy story found in Japanese Gaiden book
- Cammy and Chun Li goes shopping with Fei Long tagging along
- 2 Chapters worth of Gouki hararessing Ken and later Ryu

Dash Taisen - The first volume of a manga series based on Street Fighter III and Street Fighter III 2nd IMPACT (originally serialized in Gamest).  Includes a 6-page bonus short-story manga, entitled "THE KANZUKI ~Banji ni oite tsune ni shourisha de aru-beshi~," featuring Hibiki Dan, Shibazaki, and two new characters -- the 17-year-old fraternal twin sisters, Kanzuki Ren and Kanzuki Ran.
Iwa says - There is a Chinese serialization on Comic weekly. And being a sort of a Ryu fan the Chinese edition book is a must have and I ended up with two sets from different companies ( go figure)

Its sorta of a take on on SF3's storyline with Ryu seeking the path of the warrior and that ken no kaze (make leave fall into palm) thing. Apparently Ryu's journey started because Ken has found his drive and motivation to fight and even won against Ryu on that occasion. Ryu ends up training under Oro. Along the way meeting up with various opponents. The Dudley vs Ryu fight has being tributed in HK CVS comic (Ryo vs Ryu). Ryu recounts how he ended up at Gouken's dojo and his first encounter with Gouki

Iwa says - And in the second edition (mine is Chinese edition) We have a bit of Sagat's story of how he met up with a pair of siblings (Chitti and her bro) and sort of became their guardian. Ryu drops by, he and Sagat fights once more to see how much each had improve and after that Ryu heads back to Japan where Ken took Sean along as well. Ryu recounts to Ken the Gouki and Gouken fight which he witness and how much it affected him to take the path he now walks. A short sparring seesion with Ken jogs his memory of laundry session with Ken when they were teens. Ryu wins and Gouki finally arrives for the showdown

I'm not even sure if Gouki died because of something he said. but then that's just Gouki. Going by the fights and injuries its amazing that Ryu survives. Gouki's fist quite possibly punctured a lung. And Ryu did not dies, although he earn a major beating     (higlight the last sentence if you wanna know)
